Treatment system installed in
40' shipping container

 

General Overview of Container 

After installing a number of systems in various sized shipping containers, we were requested by a multiple installation customer to build a 20 GPM treatment system inside a 40' container and ship it complete to the site. We purchased a used 40' shipping container, had it painted and delivered to our location. We outfitted the container as follows:

  • Installed two "man doors" with dual locks,
  • Insulation
  • Three way lights and power outlets.
  • Heater and container vent fan
  • Power Breaker Panel with wiring to system, heater, lights.
  • OilTrap 20 gpm water treatment system and all tanks.
